Lay a white t-shirt out on the floor. Place a piece of cardboard inside the shirt so paint doesn't leak through to the other side. Using black fabric paint or similar marker, write a message like "My Kids Walk All Over Me".
Prepare a large container with warm, soapy water and towels to clean feet afterwards. Cover the area around your t-shirt with newspaper or something else that will protect it from paint-covered feet. Squeeze some fabric paint onto the styrofoam plate or shallow dish and spread it around so a thin layer covers the entire plate.
Help your child step into the paint, making sure it covers the entire bottom of the foot. Then he or she should carefully step onto the t-shirt. In the t-shirt pictured here, a different color was used for each child. Let the paint dry completely before moving the shirt.
Change the wording and it makes a great gift for grandparents, uncles, aunts, etc.
